I had a bunch of questions so I compiled them into the top FAQ here. Let's crush the top 7.

1) “What the hell happens if I do this for a year?”

You stop BS-ing yourself.

After 12 months, you won’t say things like:

  • “I’m still figuring it out”
  • “I just need more data”
  • “I’m almost ready to decide”

You’ll know—in your bones—which actions actually move the needle.

Not hypothetically.
Not in theory.
In your life.

Small hinges. Big doors.
Same boring principle. Ruthlessly applied.
Week after week until reality taps out.

2) “What problem is this actually solving?”

You think you have lots of problems.

You don’t.

You have only one bottleneck at any one time.

Everything else is just noise wearing a lab coat.

Applied Growth exists to do one thing:
Find the bottleneck
Crush it without mercy
Move on

Momentum resumes.
Stress drops.
Progress starts acting like it remembers who you are.

Then we do it again.

3) “Who is this NOT for?”

If you require:

  • 17 options before choosing
  • A 30-page PDF with 13 references before acting
  • A committee, a poll, and a Slack thread to make a move

Turn around as this is not for you.

I love research.
I make my living swimming in it.

But here’s the truth nobody likes to say out loud:

You only need enough data to act.
Anything beyond that is intellectual procrastination dressed up as discipline in 19 David Goggins videos.

4) “What if I do nothing different one week?”

Nothing happens.

And sometimes that’s the correct answer.

Because adaptation doesn’t care about your anxiety.
It responds to time under the right stress.

Some weeks the move is:

“Stop touching it. Let it cook.”

Most people can’t tolerate that.
They panic.
They tinker.
They sabotage progress right before it shows up.

This is how we prevent that.

5) “Why does this work without calls, content, or chaos?”

Because progress doesn’t come from information.

It comes from:

  • Action
  • Time
  • And the occasional well-timed kick in the ass

Sometimes you need:

  • Confirmation you’re not screwing it up
  • Permission to stay the course
  • Or help choosing left vs. right at the fork in the road

That’s it.

No dopamine circus.
No weekly brain dump disguised as “support.”
No performative productivity.

Just judgment, applied at the exact moment it matters.

6) "Can I use this for business, training, nutrition or both?"

Bingo bongo, yes!

No need to pick one and it can change weekly as everyone has different priorities at different times.

It’s a decision weapon.

A weekly pressure system that:

  • Removes noise
