Let me tell you something: my biggest coaching mistake wasn't what you think. It wasn't lack of information. It wasn't missing the latest study in The Journal of "Don't Listen to the Internet." ...And it definitely wasn't choosing the wrong supplement stack for "maximum performance" or whatever GooRoo nonsense being promoted in the purple halls of PF. It was assuming that because I knew a lot about metabolism, I'd somehow figure out how to make it work for every client. I had the degrees, the research, the textbooks, the fancy lingo. I had PubMed tabs open like a cracked out digital squirrel hoarding data I'd never even touch. ...But that was the problem and my rookie mistake. I thought knowing the science was enough. Wrong-o. I finally figured it out by bumbling my way through several clients back in the early days of 2005. I am sure I gave those poor clients nutritional whiplash by bouncing them between carbs, keto, fasting, etc. I learned the hard way that knowing stuff doesn't automatically make you a coach. A coach is someone who can choose which intervention to use, when, and why. …And more importantly, knows when to stop, before they break their client — or themselves. Here's the hard truth I had to swallow: Knowing what works is easy. Deciding when it works is the real trick. You can read every paper ever published. You can rattle off study after study about fasting, training, protein, sleep — I've done it. …But that's just a start. What matters is when you use those tools, how you use them, and why they matter right then, not five months ago when someone wrote that paper. This isn't about the "perfect diet" — that's the thing everyone's chasing. It's about decision-making, not information overload. I'll bet you a stale bagel from the counter of PF that you are overwhelmed by where to start and what to do next. I built the Flex Diet Cert so that you never have to guess again. I'm not here to sell you more dogma. I'm not here to make you memorize some perfect "ultimate protocol" that will solve all your problems. I'm here to give you the framework to make the right decision in real time, with clients who are stressed, fatigued, busy, and don't want to weigh their brussel sprouts the rest of their life. The Flex Diet Cert will teach you the right tools, and which one will actually help that person at the right time. No GooRoo worship. Just real, applied knowledge back by two decades of in the trenches coaching real hooooomans. And once you know how to apply it, everything changes. Plus if you get stuck, I got you covered like a Jimmy Hat as you will get my private email to ask any questions. I want to help you and see you succeed! Ready to stop guessing? Let me hit you with a hard truth: most nutrition coaching fails because it’s fragile. It’s not because the science doesn’t work. It’s not because people don’t try. It’s because too many systems ignore the actual human part of the equation — and that’s when everything falls apart. Think about it: You’ve seen the “perfect plans” everywhere. The “carb cycling cures everything” guys. The “protein-only-no-carb” cult. The “fast for 16 hours and be invincible” crowd. But the real issue? These...
I generally hate bonuses. Not in the abstract. In practice. Because most of them are duct tape slapped over a shaky offer, wrapped in fake urgency, and sold like you’re about to miss the last helicopter out of Saigon. That’s not what’s happening here. The Flex Diet Cert opened today. It’s open for one week. That was decided long before this email was written. Same curriculum.Same depth.Same close date. No "oh, our server crashed due to all of the traffic so it is open again"No “surprise, we kept...
Quick warning before the inbox fills up with nonsense, hot takes, and whatever diet trend just crawled out of the algorithm sewer. The Flex Diet Certification is officially open. And no — this is not another macro calculator wearing a trench coat. Not a carb-demonization cult. Not a “just eat less / suffer harder” sermon disguised as science. This is a system. A real one. One that ranks nutrition interventions by actual coaching leverage- not by what’s loud on Instagram- not by what worked for...
