10 days

There's a clock ticking in the background of this email and it says 11 days.

That's how long until the Ultimate Men Over 40 Global Virtual Health Summit goes live and a hundred-plus experts (including yours truly nerdy) start firing actionable information at the screen for a solid week, free of charge, for any man over 40 with the sense to register before the gate slams shut.

You may read this and think "looks interesting," then close the tab and forget.

On Day 4, when a buddy texts you mid-talk to say "this Dr Mike T Nelson guy is going off about bloodwork," you'll spiral into the cold, specific regret of a man who watched a free buffet open at the end of a hard month and forgot to walk in. hahahah.

I'm on Day 4. Nutrition & Supplementation pillar. The Supplement Decision Tree for Men Over 40 — what works, what's noise, how to use bloodwork to stop guessing, plus a bonus rant about VO2 max because cardio is the most underrated supplement on the planet and it doesn't come in a bottle.

The other six days are stacked too.

Hormones. Sleep. Training. Mindset. Lifestyle. Coaching.

One pillar per day, which means your brain isn't doing tab-switching cardio at 11 PM trying to remember which talk said what.

Free to attend. Doors open June 8.

Much love,

Dr Mike

P.S. The VIP upgrade is the move if you want lifetime access. Free access vaporizes when the week ends.

In this episode of the Flex Diet Podcast, I sit down with my friend Tracy Holemeyer (Uncontrollably Me, host of the Other Way to See It podcast) to talk about healing and performance through nervous system flexibility, somatics, and self-awareness, especially with how much stress people are carrying right now. We dig into practical tools like orienting, grounding, the “starfish” drill, pendulation, and Tracy’s “core four” (soft eyes, relaxing the tongue, breath pacing for coherence, and soft...

Creatine got dragged into the fat-loss circus again. This time, the shiny object is a new Nature Communications paper on brown adipose tissue, thermogenesis, and something called the Futile Creatine Cycle (Bunk et al., 2025). Cool paper. Mechanistically spicy. Mouse-cage chaos with a tiny white lab coat and a flamethrower. Then the internet did what the internet does: it stuffed the finding into a cheap suit, handed it a microphone, and screamed: “Creatine is a fat burner!” Slow down,...
