You Posted. You Prayed. Still No Clients?


Read This Before You Light Your Laptop on Fire.

Let me guess…

You spent hours this week conjuring up content like a caffeinated wizard.

Workout video? Check.

Nutrition tip carousel? Yep.

Maybe even a brave, slightly sweaty live Q&A where your dog barked and nobody showed up? Done and dusted.

And the result?

Crickets.

A sad whisper of a double tap.

Maybe your mom liked it. Thanks, mom.

No DMs. No clients. No cash.

Here’s what I wish someone had grabbed me by the protein-stained hoodie and screamed into my soul back in 2010:

Posting random content online is not a strategy. It’s a slow-motion descent into madness.

Back then, I was deep in the content salt mines.

Motivation Mondays.
Transformation Tuesdays.
Workout Wednesdays.
Thirsty Thursdays.
Freakin’ Flex Fridays.

And wanna know how that turned out?

· I was exhausted.

· I was demoralized.

· And I was $31,766 deep in credit card debt, praying that Chase Bank didn’t send a repo squad after my kettlebells.

Fast forward to now:

My wife and I both work full-time in our coaching business.

We’ve got a waitlist of clients.

We work with people we actually like.

And the business? Solid. Stable. Scaling.

The difference?

I stopped throwing content spaghetti at the wall like a deranged carb addict in a bulking phase.

Instead, I learned a system.

A real one. That turns content into clients.

Not by “working harder.”

Not by being a dancing chaos monkey on TikTok…

….But by following a strategy so simple it’s criminal that no one teaches it properly.

Here’s the dirty secret behind the ripped shirtless influencer types:

Most of the online coaches you follow?

They’re broke.

Their spouse has the job with health insurance.
They play pretend entrepreneur while desperately hoping someone will PayPal them $99 for a one-off macro plan.

I refused to be that guy. I bet you are in the same boat.

After many years and a laundry list of mistakes, I’ve been using that same system for years across IG, podcasts, email, and long-form newsletters like this. (Bias alert: I think newsletters are king.)

Now I’m thinking of showing that exact system to a very small group of coaches who are done with the “Post and Pray” method and want something that actually works.
